Philipinne Madrigal Singers Benefit Concert
THANK YOU to everyone who purchased tickets to the Philippine Madrigal Singers Benefit Concert held on May 2nd, 2024. The SOLD OUT show was enjoyed by all in attendance and raised almost $11,000 for the campaign!
Thank you to the Philipinne Madrigal Singers for sharing their awesome talents for the benefit of Holy Family Parish’s Raise the Roof Campaign! We also wish to acknowledge and thank everyone who opened their homes to the singers and billeted them during their time in Regina.
THANK YOU Fr. Louis Kim Nguyen, Fr. Carlos, Fr. Weckend, Fr. Dan and their parish communities for supporting the Benefit Concert! Many thanks to Darrell Reine and Westminster United for hosting the event! It was the perfect venue to feature the Madrigal Singers! SALAMAT PO!
Raise the Roof Gala Event
The Holy Family Gala on March 16th was a great success!!! Thank-you to the many parishioners who attended, as well as many from outside of our parish who graciously supported our event. A total of 156 people were in attendance.
Thank-you to the many businesses and individuals who supported the event with Silent Auction items and cash donations. Please see a list of those who donated in the March 24, 2024 bulletin; when you are shopping locally please support these companies as a thank-you for their generosity.
Total proceeds from the evening was $15,283.00!!! All funds are going to the Raise the Roof Capital Campaign. Many thanks as well to members of the CWL, K of C, various parishioners, and the parish office staff for all their assistance in the success of the evening. We thank-you for your commitment; Holy Family Parish is blessed with good and generous individuals!! God Bless.
Pew Restoration - Volunteer Project
Many thanks to the 14 volunteers who completed the sanding, cleaning, staining and several coats of clear finish on the pews over a period of three weeks!! Awesome job!!
This pew restoration project took approximately 200 hours of volunteer labour and saved the parish in the neighbourhood of $25,000 - $30,000 if we had hired a company. That is fantastic!
